Terms of Use

The terms under which you may use the Atlassian Marketplace apps provided by Forgood.

1. Scope

These terms apply to your use of the apps that the developer provides on the Atlassian Marketplace (the "Apps"). The Atlassian Marketplace terms and the Atlassian End User License Agreement apply separately. If those terms and these terms conflict, the Atlassian terms prevail.

2. License

For as long as you hold a valid license, you are granted a non-exclusive right to use the Apps within your own Atlassian site. Reverse engineering, redistribution, and resale are not permitted.

3. Billing

Charging, billing, and refunds are handled by Atlassian. Pricing is shown on each app's Marketplace listing. Refunds follow Atlassian's policy.

4. Support

Support is provided by email. We aim to reply within 2 business days, but this is not guaranteed. See Support for details.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Apps are provided "as is". The developer does not warrant that the Apps are fit for any particular purpose, that they will run without interruption, or that their output is complete.

The developer's liability for damages in connection with your use of the Apps is limited to the amount that the customer in question paid for the App during the preceding 12 months, except where the damage results from the developer's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

On restoring data (Recover for Jira)

This app is not a substitute for a backup. Issues deleted before it was installed cannot be restored, and neither can the contents of attachments, the text of comments, or issue links. For data that matters, use it alongside the backup features Atlassian provides or a dedicated backup product.

On approvals (Approve for Confluence)

This app is a record of approval; it is not an electronic signature. It does not meet the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11, eIDAS, Japan's Electronic Signatures Act, or similar rules, and must not be used for procedures that are subject to them. The app also does not prevent a page from being edited (set page permissions using Confluence's own features). The approval ledger shows and exports only records for pages that the person using it is allowed to view.

On exports (Jira Export / Content Exporter)

Images in body content are embedded by matching on file name, because the identifier Jira/Confluence assigns to an image does not correspond directly to the identifier of the attachment. Images that could not be matched are marked as such inside the exported document, and the number of them is shown on screen. There is a limit on the number of items that can be exported, and when the limit is reached that is stated on screen.

On writing dates (Timeline / Calendar for Jira)

The only data these apps write to Jira is the start date and due date of the issues the user has dragged. By default they ask you to confirm the change before writing it, and anything written can be undone from the change log. The change log is kept for 90 days.

6. Data

Data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and discontinuation

The developer may change how the Apps work, or stop offering them. If an app is discontinued, notice will be given in advance where possible, through the Marketplace release notes or similar.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the Apps shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
